Design Deposit & Terms
A $50 design deposit is required to start your custom order. This deposit covers the time spent creating your personalized design and will be applied toward your total purchase.
Once we’ve discussed your ideas, you’ll receive a final price before any design work begins.

Processing Times
Because each item is custom-made, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods (such as holidays or sales events), but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing — we’ll let you know if we can accommodate a rush order.
♡ RETURNS: All items at Little Keepsake Co are made to order, which means all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect spelling, details, or colors provided by the customer if order is not in production.
- Size or design preferences
