Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Little Keepsake Co — and thank you for supporting our small business! Each acrylic sign is lovingly handmade and custom crafted just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. Please take a moment to review our policy below.


Custom Orders 

All items at Little Keepsake Co are made to order, which means all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect spelling, details, or colors provided by the customer if order is not in production.

  • Size or design preferences

Please double check all details before placing your order we want your piece to be absolutely perfect!

Damaged or Defective Orders

We take great care in packaging your signs, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send an email to hello@littlekeepsakeco.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage and the packaging

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll happily send a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund after the claim is verified from the carrier.

Cancellations

Because we start working on your sign soon after your order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
