Thank you for shopping with Little Keepsake Co! Every acrylic sign is handmade with care and attention to detail. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timeframes, and delivery expectations.
Processing Times
Because each item is custom-made, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods (such as holidays or sales events), but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing — we’ll let you know if we can accommodate a rush order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We currently ship to Australia and NZ using Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 2 - 6 business days

Please note these are estimates only once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, please reach out to us at hello@littlekeepsakeco.com.au — we’ll help file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed by the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Little Keepsake Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
